To properly evacuate people by unlock a lock when a disaster occurs.

This evacuation guiding system includes: a control means for generating an evacuation control signal according to disaster occurrence information; a transmitter for transmitting an evacuation control signal; a biological data detecting terminal device carried by a person to be guided to detect the biological data value of the person by a biological sensor, detect the position of the person by a position detecting means, and informing the position to the control means by an informing means; a locking part for unlocking the lock on receiving the evacuation control signal; and an evacuation guide part disposed in each doorway to the inside of a room or a corridor to receive the evacuation control signal and display evacuation guidance or output voice, wherein according to the current position of the person detected by the position detecting means, evacuation guidance is displayed or voice is output from the evacuation guide part for the doorway to the outside of a building.
