Abstract:
To obtain a constitution which can detect defectiveness when the defectiveness occurs in air tightness between an intake passage and an ejector.SOLUTION: An evaporation fuel treatment device comprises a reflux passage 54 for connecting an upstream-side portion from a compressor in an intake passage 11 and a downstream-side portion from the compressor in the intake passage 11. An ejector 70 is connected between a downstream end of the reflux passage 54 and the intake passage 11. A separation space A separated from the outside of the intake part 11 and the ejector 70 is formed in a connecting point between the ejector 70 and an intake pipe 11a for partitioning the intake passage 11. A main passage 78 for making the reflux passage 54 and the intake passage 11 communicate with each other, and a suction passage 79 for making a purge passage 55 and the main passage 78 communicate with each other are partitioned in the ejector 70. Also, a first conduction path 73c and a second conduction path 73d which communicate with the suction passage 79, and are opened in the separation space A are partitioned in the ejector 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
