This evaporator unit includes an evaporator 15 constituting a refrigeration cycle, an internal heat exchanger 13 exchanging heat between a high pressure-side refrigerant and a low pressure-side refrigerant of the refrigeration cycle, and an expansion valve assembling section 29 to which an expansion valve 14 of the refrigeration cycle is assembled. The expansion valve assembling section 29 has an inlet-side flow channel 29b in which the refrigerant flowing into a refrigerant inlet 14a of the expansion valve 14 flows, and an outlet-side flow channel 29c in which the refrigerant flowing out from a refrigerant outlet 14b of the expansion valve 14 flows, and the evaporator 15, the internal heat exchanger 13 and the expansion valve assembling section 29 are made of metal and integrally brazed to each other.
