Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve volume resistivity by incorporating a frit and a metallic fiber having a specific diameter, length and shape ratio of (length)/(diameter) in a specific quantity to the frit.
SOLUTION: The diameter of the metallic fiber to be used is preferably as thin as possible from the viewpoint of the relation between the quantity of the metallic fiber added to a glass lining composition and the spray workability of the composition and is controlled to ≥0.01 μm to <0.5 μm. The length of the metallic fiber is controlled to 0.5-1500 μm and the shape ratio of (length)/(diameter) is controlled to ≥50. As the metallic fiber, one or more kinds selected particularly from a group composed of noble metal base and alloys of platinum and platinum group metal are preferably used. For example, a Ag fiber, a Au fiber, a Pt fiber and the like are used. And the quantity of the metallic fiber to be added to the frit is controlled to 0.001-0.05 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. frit. Where, the frit contained in the composition is not particularly limited and a common one can be used.
