Title:
EXECUTION MACHINE FOR BALLAST FOR TRACK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3834107
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cover a renewed and repaired execution base surface instantaneously with ballast by arranging a track-panel raising equipment between a suction port for sucking out ballast and a ballast discharger.
SOLUTION: A suction pipe 19 is lowered and ballast is sucked out, and an execution base surface 47 is exposed while executing a field. A track panel under the state, in which the track panel is floated freely without being borne at that time, is held at an original place by a track-panel raising equipment unit 39. A ballst execution machine 1 is stopped partially, and the execution base surface 47 begins to be repaired and executed. The suction pipe 19 is drawn up after repair works are completed, and ballast is recharged by suitably opening a discharge chute 32 while continuously advancing the ballast execution machine 1. Thrown-down ballast is compacted by reciprocating a compaction girder material 38 in the mechanical longitudinal direction in parallel with the recharge of the ballast. Accordingly, the renewed and repaired execution base surface can be covered instantaneously with ballast.
