Abstract:
To enable training of gravity center movement of shifting the weight left/right and forward/backward, in addition to the plantar and dorsiflexion operation of the feet.
An exercise aid comprises a base 2, a pair of right and left foot placement steps 3, 3 which is provided to the base 2 and operates in the plantar and dorsiflexion directions, and a foundation 1 which supports the base 2. The base 2 is supported by the foundation 1 so as to be movable in the horizontal direction or in the rotational direction about the horizontal axis.
