Abstract:
PURPOSE: To keep the inflow wind velocity of an opening at a proper value even when the opening degree of a front face door is changed variously.
CONSTITUTION: An wind velocity sensor 12 is set on the inner side face of a treatment chamber 3, and a damper 9 is adjusted to open and close based on output signals from the wind velocity sensor 12. A potentiometer 14 for sensing the opening degree of a front face door 4 is set, and the deviation in control of the wind velocity sensor 12 is corrected on the output signals from the potentiometer 14.
