Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a method for generating a catalyst composed of a composite oxide constituted of vanadium and phosphorus (V-P-O based catalyst).

CONSTITUTION: A regenerating method of a catalyst composed of a composite oxide constituted of vanadium and phosphorus is used in the process of oxidizing 4C hydrocarbon and preparing maleic anhydride. Catalytic particles are extracted from a reactor, and high speed gas flow is jetted toward the catalytic particles to form a jet layer of catalytic particles. Collisions between the catalytic particles are thereby generated, and inactive layers on the surfaces of catalytic particles are ground and removed in the regenerating method.
