To provide an exhaust structure for a small planing boat capable of preventing flooding into an exhaust chamber to the minimum.
An upstream side exhaust chamber 31 and a downstream side exhaust chamber 32 are respectively arranged on both right and left sides of a water suction passage 17C and a pump casing 21C. The upstream side exhaust chamber 31 and the downstream side exhaust chamber 32 are communicated through a first reverse U-shaped pipe U1, and the downstream side exhaust chamber 32 and an exhaust outlet 39 are communicated through a second exhaust pipe partly forming a second reverse U-shaped pipe U2. The top flow channel U11 of the first reverse U-shaped pipe U1 and the top flow channel U21 of the second reverse U-shaped pipe U2 are constituted so as to be above the draft line of the boat.
