Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas blocking device capable of obtaining the complete blocking action for exhaust gas by a simple structure and at low cost. SOLUTION: In this exhaust gas shutting device, a gate member 26 having an opening part 28 for allowing the flow of exhaust gas on one side and a shutting part formed of a plate surface on the other side is pinched between two lines 14, 23 for constituting a second exhaust pipe part 13 of an exhaust pipe, and it can be rotated around a shaft part of a bolt 50 attached in the intermediate position between the pening part 28 and the shutting part, out of a plurality of bolts 50 to be attached in parallel to the axes of two lines 14, 23. Therefore, the exhaust pipe part 13 in the releasing state is completely shut off only by arranging the blocking part in the pipe by the rotation of the gate member 26, and the flow of exhaust gas can be reliably shut off. The exhaust gas blocking device can be manufactured by a simple structure and at low cost.
