PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently mix injected reactant and exhaust gas, in an exhaust gas device for internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: An exhaust gas device includes an exhaust gas flow channel 14 capable of circulating exhaust gas in an exhaust gas mainstream direction A, and a reactant injector 18 configured to inject reactant in a reactant main injection direction R in a reactant injection region 16 of the exhaust gas flow channel.
