Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure gas supply auxiliary device capable of re-utilizing all the gas energy discharged by a pressure increasing valve while using this pressure increasing valve helpful for energy saving, improving durability of a compressor and attaining energy-saving at the pressure gas supply source.SOLUTION: This invention comprises a pressure increasing valve 10 for pressurizing pressure gas got from a pressure gas supply source 200 by discharging gas from an exhaust port 12 when pressure gas from the pressure gas supply source 200 is received through a suction port 11 to cause a piston to reciprocate in the cylinder; a compressor 20 for sucking all discharged gas from the exhaust port 12 of the pressure increasing valve 10, pressurizing the sucked exhaust gas to a pressure supplied to the suction port 11 of the pressure increasing valve 10, then supplying it to the suction port 11; and a tank device once storing the pressurized gas pressurized by the pressure increasing valve 10 and capable of supplying it toward a pressure gas device 300.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
