Title:
EXHAUST HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM OF AIR-COOLED AIR-CONDITIONER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007080710
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a new and improved exhaust heat recovery system of an air-cooled air-conditioner which can be utilized effectively for power generation of a fuel cell generation system by recovering the exhaust heat from the exterior unit of the air-cooled air-conditioner.

The exhaust heat recovery system 1 of the air-cooled air-conditioner is provided with a fuel cell generation system 10 having a reformer 12 and a fuel cell 14, an air-cooled air-conditioner 20 having an interior unit 21 and an exterior unit 22, a heat exchange device 30 which is installed in the exterior unit 22 and houses a hydrogen storage alloy, and a first hydrogen supply passage 40 which connects the heat exchange device 30 and the fuel cell generation system 10. In the exhaust heat recovery system 1, at the air-cooling operation of the air-cooled air-conditioner, the hydrogen emitted by the hydrogen storage alloy of the heat exchange device 30 as it absorbs heat discharged from the exterior unit, is supplied to the fuel cell. On the other hand, at the stop of the air-cooling operation of the air-conditioner 20, the hydrogen generated by the reformer 12 is supplied to the heat exchange device 30 and is stored in the hydrogen storage alloy.
