Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to easily manufacture: an exhaust muffler device comprising a recessed section; and a saddle-riding vehicle provided with this exhaust muffler device. In the exhaust muffler device, a muffler body (50) comprises: an outer cylinder section (55) and a recessed section (56) recessed inward with respect to the outer periphery (55a) of the outer cylinder section (55). The recessed section (56) is a portion where a hole section (71) provided on the outer periphery (55a) is closed by a lid body (72) provided separately from the outer cylinder section (55).
