Abstract:
To provide an exhaust pipe capable of reducing the weight, and capable of restraining the occurrence of a problem such as rust or corrosion caused by exhaust gas, and a method of manufacturing the exhaust pipe.SOLUTION: An exhaust pipe 30 includes: a carbon pipe 31 having a through hole 33 through which exhaust gas discharged from an engine 10 passes, and made of a carbon material; and a metal layer 35 arranged on an outer peripheral surface 34 on the side opposite from the through hole 33 of the carbon pipe 31, and made of a metal material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
