To provide an exhaust pipe structure which enables an exhaust expansion chamber having large capacity to be provided while securing clutch exchangeability and a riding space of occupants.
An exhaust expansion chamber 50 is attached to a down pipe part 41 along an area from an exhaust port of an engine 15 to a down frame through a branch pipe part 55, and the exhaust expansion chamber 50 is disposed at a portion which is sufficiently separated from a clutch lid 39 in a direction of the vehicle front side. Meanwhile, a step 49 on which a driver places its feet is provided near a pivot plate 18, and the exhaust expansion chamber 50 is disposed at a position at the vehicle front side far from the step 49. The exhaust expansion chamber 50 is provided at the position that prevents hindrance in term of clutch exchangeability and a riding space of occupants.
