To provide an exothermic body unit and a heating device using that exothermic body unit as a heat source high in usability which is capable of providing a downsized exothermic body unit high in reliability by a simple constitution, long in lifetime, high in efficiency, and easily adjustable in various usages.
In this exothermic body unit, since a first container and a second container are retained with a gap of a prescribed distance by a container retaining part, a reflective plate is arranged in the gap opposed to the exothermic body, and a sliding part is constituted to retain the reflective plate capable of sliding in the longitudinal direction of the exothermic body, the reflective plate is not deformed, and heating high in efficiency can be maintained.
