Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposure-preventive coater and an exposure-preventive agent coating method for an exposure-preventive mask which enables platinum nanoparticles to be applied evenly over a mask whole face and the coating work to be completed in a very short time while keeping the air permeability of the mask itself.SOLUTION: An exposure-preventive agent coater is composed of a base 11 that mounts a mask body 1 with the outer surface directed upward and a spray cradle 12A that sprays an exposure-preventive agent toward the mask body 1 while moving above the base 11, where the spray cradle 12A comprises a pair of spray guns SP1, SP2 that spray platinum nanoparticles as the exposure-preventive agent at different angles toward the outer surface of the mask body 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
