To obtain an exhibition cell of an organic anion transporter Oatp14 or OATP-F and to provide a use method thereof.
This recombinant animal cell has ability for expressing rat-derived organic anion transporter Oatp14 (Oatp14: Organic anion transporting polypeptide 14) or human-derived organic anion transporter OATP-F (OATP-F: Organic anion transporting polypeptide F). The method for estimating pharmacokinetics of a test subject comprises the recombinant animal cell.
