PURPOSE: To quicken a speed of clock of a Josephson circuit by converting a DC current inputted from the outside of a chip into an AC current in the chip.
CONSTITUTION: DC currents 103, 104 inputted from the outside of a chip are converted into a AC current by a regulator 100 comprising DC drive type Josephson elements 151-154 in the chip and the AC current drives AC drive Josephson circuits 120, 130 on the same chip. Then a series parallel connection circuit comprising Josephson elements 151-154 connected in series and in parallel is inserted to a buffle circuit in place of two magnetic flux coupling Josephson elements implementing complementary switching to obtain an output voltage by a multi-stage of Josephson elements thereby increasing an output voltage of the entire DC power supply drive gate. Thus, high circuit integration for the integrated circuit is attained and a high speed operation of the circuit is realized.
