In the extract distillation apparatus composed of an extractor 3, which houses a treatment substance becoming an extraction target and injects steam heated from the outside through an injection part 24 to extract the extract, and a recovery container 2 having a condensation chamber 14, which comprises a space for introducing extract-containing steam of the extract extracted in the extractor 3 and forms a bypass flow to condense the same, formed therein to house the condensed extract, a flange 11 is formed to the upper end outer peripheral side of the extractor 3 to form an upward open type container having a hermetically closing lid 22 and the extractor 3 is housed in the upward open type recovery container 2 to be supported on the upper end side of the extractor 3 while the upper part of the condensing chamber 14 is closed by the flange 11.
