To provide a filter for removing a gas, which has high air permeability, large capacity for adsorbing a gaseous impurity component and a long service life and does not contaminate the usage environment.
The filter for removing the gas has such a structure that a space sufficient for air permeation is kept between the adjacent granular adsorbent-packed parts each of which is obtained by packing a granular adsorbent 2 in the space of a cell 9 to be formed by a group of fibers 1 arranged three-dimensionally to stand together in large numbers while facing toward one direction. Since the space between the adjacent granular adsorbent-packed parts is kept by the group of fibers 1 having excellent air permeability, this filter has the long service life and high air permeability.
