Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a drive source such as a motor, to reduce cost and weight, and to simplify a structure.
SOLUTION: An eye cleaning vessel is provided with a vessel body A having an elastic squeezable body part 1, a hood member B in which a pouring cylinder 6 is erected from an inner circumference of a flange-like bottom plate 5 to cover a lower surface of a hood cylinder 4 erected from a fitting cylinder 3 fitted to neck part 2 of the vessel body, a plurality of pouring holes 8 are made in its top wall 7, and a valve hole 9 is made in the flange-like bottom plate 5, and a discharge member C having a valve plate in which the valve hole 9 is covered with an elastic flange-like valve plate 12 attached to an upper part of a discharge cylinder 11 suspended in the vessel body A by fitting an upper part of cylinder 11 to the inner surface of the pouring hole 8. The coefficient of elasticity of the elastic flange-like valve plate 12 is determined to be a value at which the valve plate 12 closes the valve hole 9 in airtight manner with the increased pressure in the body part 1 caused by squeezing the body part 1, and the valve plate 12 is separated downward from the flange-like bottom plate 5 to open the valve hole 9 when the pressure in the body part 1 is negative due to the loosening of the body part 1.
