Title:
EYE WASHER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3771057
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure and allow an easy manual operation of an eye washer by attaching pressurized cylinder part obtained by communicating elastic bellow-state cylinder parts, which are freely extensible and whose outer end faces are closed, to both of the right/left end parts of an intermediate cylinder part so as to execute pressurizing and negative pressure making of the pressurized cylinder by the compression and elasticity restoration of the bellow-state cylinder part.
SOLUTION: The pressurized cylinder part 1 obtained by communicating the elastic bellow-state cylinder parts 3, which are freely extensible and whose outer end faces are closed, is attached to both of the right/left and parts of the intermediate cylinder part 2. A supporting cylinder 4 is erected from an opening peripheral edge at the upper wall of the part 2 and a liquid hosing cylinder 6 is erected through a tapered wall 5 from the upper end of this. The upper end face of the cylinder 4 is closed by a bottom plate 9 with a water-permeable hole 8. A leg cylinder 10 vertically provided from the lower surface of the plate 9 is fitted to the inner surface of the cylinder 4 watertight. At the time of abutting an outward flange at the upper end of the cylinder 6 on the surrounding of an eye and compressing the part 3, the pressure of the part 1 is raised to jet washing water in the part 1 upward through the hole 8 to wash eyes with this jetted water.
