Abstract:
To provide an eyeglass holder capable of reliably and stably holding eyeglasses on a head against dynamic exercises, impacts, vibrations, etc., which is applicable to temple parts of various kinds of eyeglasses.SOLUTION: The eyeglass holder comprises: a pair of elastic cylindrical portions 2, 3 into which the end of ear-hook temple is press-fitted respectively; a pair of wire members 4, 5 the base end portion of which is fixed to the elastic cylindrical portions respectively; and a pair of end pieces 8, 9 fixed to the front end of the wire member respectively. One wire member fixed to one end piece is slidably inserted into the other end piece with a predetermined frictional force, and the other wire member with the other end piece fixed is slidably inserted into the one end piece with a predetermined frictional force. A first hard member 31 having screw is connected to the base end portion of the wire member which is connected to the elastic cylindrical portion, and a second hard member 34, which is detachably screwed with the first hard member, is connected to the end portion of the elastic cylindrical portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
