A kit for making up and/or caring for the eyelashes, when comprising at least two compositions (i) and (ii) for the eyelashes, is characterized in that: at least one of the compositions (i) and (ii) comprises an oily continuous phase; the difference between the dry extract of composition (ii) and the dry extract of composition (i) is greater than or equal to 2% (as an absolute value) relative to the total weight of the compositions; the kit comprises an eyelash fringe application means, which in turn comprises a plurality of application members (6; 60) arranged on a support (5) in the form of at least one row. The length of these application means is such that the application members (6; 60) can at best simultaneously contact not more than a quarter of the eyelashes of the fringe.
