Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shading film material having surface characteristics with little fuzz and rubbing wear while having an appearance image especially with warmness peculiar to woven fabrics comprising natural fiber such as cotton, in which the film material excellent in flameproofness and soil resistance properties is suitable for an (opening and closing type) eaves awning disposed over an entrance of a shop, a shading tent and the like.SOLUTION: In a flexible laminate obtained by impregnating and covering both sides of a fiber fabric that is applied water repelling treatment with one or more waterproof fire-retardant resin layers, the flexible laminate contains 1 to 20 wt.% of hydrophobic particles based on the waterproof fire-retardant resin layers. The mass ratio of the fiber fabric to the waterproof fire-retardant resin layer is in the range of 2:1 to 1:1. In the fiber fabric, at least one yarn of a warp yarn and a weft yarn is a core-sheath spun yarn and a core portion of the core-sheath spun yarn constitutes a bundle of twistless staple and a sheath portion is constituted around the core portion so as to cover it spirally with a bundle of wound staple. A part of staple in the bundle of twistless staple and a staple in the bundle of wound staple are connected to form a staple.
