A fabrication method comprises: a fabricating step and a dissolution step to dissolve a bank 163 with an aqueous fluid after the fabrication step. The fabrication step carries out the following steps one by one in piles for each of cross-sectional elements: a bank forming step for dividing a solid to be fabricated into a plurality of cross-sectional elements and forming the bank 163 surrounding the cross-sectional element along the outer edge of the cross-sectional element from a water soluble sheet 175; a coating step for applying a curable functional liquid 57 whose curing is accelerated when irradiated with ultraviolet ray 177 in a region surrounded by the bank 163 after the bank forming step; and an exposure step for irradiating the curable functional liquid 57 in the region surrounded by the bank 163 with the ultraviolet ray 177.
