The face wearing mask includes an air-impermeable mask body 10 having a face contact part 11a formed of an elastic member and brought into close contact with at least the face 50a, and covering the nose 51 and the mouth 52 in a state of the face contact part 11a brought into close contact with the face 50a; a connection port 12 provided in the mask body 10 to serve for communication between the inside and outside of the mask body 10; and a filter part 20 detachably connected to the connection port 12. The filter part 20 includes a holding case 21 covering the mask body 10; a plurality of ventilating ribs 24 projected outward from the outer surface of the holding case 21; a sheet-like filter body 26 supported to the plurality of ventilating ribs 24 while covering the outer surface side of the holding case 21 and joined, at its outer peripheral part, to the outer peripheral edge of the holding case 21; and a ventilation passage 27 formed between the outer surface of the holding case 21 and the inner surface of the filter body 26 and communicating with the connection port 12 of the mask body 10.
