Abstract:
To provide a faceplate for an induction cooker, which is difficult to be broken by the impact of a pan placed thereon, wherein a temperature detecting sensor can be incorporated.
The whole of the faceplate 2 for induction cooker comprises an inorganic fiber reinforced composite material containing either carbon, glass, or ceramics, and temperature detecting sensors 7 and 8 incorporated in the upper portion and the lower portion of the faceplate.
