A fixing plate part 12 and a positioning plate part 13 confront with each other through an erecting part 14, and are projected and positioned so that each one end part of the fixing plate part and the positioning plate part does not overlap the other end thereof. A positioning fittings 11 in which the fixing plate part, the positioning plate part and an erect part are integrally formed are so constructed that the edge 15 of one projecting end part of the positioning plate part is disposed near both right and left ends of a panel base 8, and fixed to the panel base at one projecting end part of the fixing plate part by a fixing means 16, and both right and left end parts of the facing material 1 are placed on the positioning plate part, and positioned by substantially aligning the end edge 2 with the end edge of one projecting end part of the positioning plate part.
