Abstract:
PURPOSE:To efficiently manage various kinds of information required by a factory by storing image data and character code data in one memory under one title after editing both data on a screen. CONSTITUTION:Drawing image data read by means of an image scanner 9, character code data 20 of an NC program, and character code data 21 of tooling information are edited by superimposing the character code data 20 and 21 upon the blank section of the image data 19. This edition is carried out by means of a scanning section 4 and editing section 5. The edited data 19-21 are suitably stored in the vacant section of a data storing section 7 under a suitable title name, such as the product name, etc. Therefore, the various kinds of factory information can be secured and managed efficiently, because the information can be arbitrarily stored as image data or character code data after editing the data on a screen and taken out as required under the title name.
