Abstract:
To provide a failure detection device of a vane type hydraulic pump capable of preventing an accident by promptly detecting abnormal rise of oil pressure and oil temperature.
This failure detection device has an oil pressure rise detection means 20 and a warning generation means (for instance, a buzzer 31 and/or a warning lamp 32) arranged at specific positions P1-P4 of the vane type hydraulic pump 1, and is characterized by being structured to generate a warning when oil temperature at any of the specific positions is set above a predetermined value.
