An oil supply manifold 40 is held by a support fitting 50 in a state separated from a gas supply manifold 32, and the oil supply manifold 40 prevents heat in combustion and heat of gas from being easily transmitted. Thereby, when an operation form changing over to combustion by gas after oil is burnt is carried out, oil remaining in an oil supply chamber 41 is prevented from being easily carbonized. In addition, heat is hardly transmitted to an O-ring 60 of the oil supply manifold 32 from the gas supply manifold 32 by such a structure, and its deterioration is suppressed. Even if oil leakage occurs, the leaked oil is surely recovered in a leakage oil recovery chamber 42.
