PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the exchange of unnecessary electronic equipment by predicting the optimal exchange period of electronic equipment by considering the factor of an environment in which the electronic equipment is installed.SOLUTION: In a failure warning system 10, a failure prediction determination part 24 is configured to, when it is determined that electronic equipment 50 is under operation by a failure information acquisition processing part 23, acquire environment data from a sensor part 11, and to search failure environment data matching the acquired environment data from a database 20, and to, when there exists the failure environment data matching the environment data of the electronic equipment 50 under operation, set a failure alert prediction time on the basis of a total operation time associated with the matching failure environment data, and to determine whether or not the operation time of the electronic equipment 50 under operation exceeds the failure alert prediction time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
