Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a heat transfer load at a perimeter zone or a cold draft to be effectively processed by a method wherein air near an outer wall part of a building is sucked from a suction port, heated or cooled, thereafter the air is discharged from a blowing-out port in an upward direction.
SOLUTION: Air near an outer circumference of a building where a window 4 or an outer wall 5 or the like is installed is sucked from a suction port 12 by a blowing means 16, cooled or heated by a cold water or hot water coil 15, thereafter the air is discharged from a blowing-out port 13 in an upward direction. Since the suction port 12 is arranged at an outer circumference part of an upper surface of a device main body 11, it is possible to absorb directly the air near the outer circumference, resulting in that the air does not flow into a dwelling region 6 before it is air conditioned. In addition, the blowing-out port 13 is arranged at an indoor side rather than at the suction port 12 of the upper surface of a fan coil device main body 11, so that it is possible to cool or heat the air near the outer circumference with conditioned air discharged out of the blowing-out port 13 and further it is also possible to prevent positively the air near the outer circumference from flowing into the dwelling region 6.
