Abstract:
PURPOSE: To fixed 1y maintain a heat evolution area by fixing an incident diameter approximately when laser beam outgoing from a laser beam oscillator is made incident on an objective lens.
CONSTITUTION: The laser beam outgoing from the laser beam oscillator is condensed by the objective lens 6a. A material to be machined is irradiated by the laser beam which is condensed by moving the objective lens 6a to execute machining. Therefore, the incident diameter when the laser beam outgoing from the laser beam oscillator is made incident on the objective lens 6a is fixed approximately. In this way, distortion of a condensing point by partial deformation of the objective lens can be removed.
