Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a small-sized fan device which can perform the winding work easily and automatize the winding work.
CONSTITUTION: A stator 9 is equipped with a bobbin 15, which has a cylindrical drum 15a and outer collars 15b and 15c projected at both ends of the drum 15a, a cylindrical core 16, which is set in the drum 15a of the bobbin 15, and a coil 18, which is wound on the drum 15a of the bobbin 15. The core 16 comprises the first part 20 and the second part 22. The first part 20 is provided with a pair of first inward projections 19 and 19 shifted by 180°C in circumferential direction from each other, and the second part 22 is provided with a pair of second inward projections 21 and 21 shifted by 180° in circumferential direction from the first inward projections 19. By the current application to a coil 18, the first inward projection 19 and the second inward projection 21 facing a cylindrical rotor magnet are magnetized in different magnetic poles.
