A blade 20 is formed so that a curvature R2 on the front edge part 21 side of an inner circumference side end part 24 is smaller than a curvature R1 in the outer circumference side end part 23 while a curvature R3 on the rear edge part 22 side of the inner circumference end part 24 is larger than the curvature R1 in the outer circumference side end part 23. Therefore, a collision loss can be lowered while a lift is increased on the inner circumference part side of a low circumference speed, and consequently, workability can be improved. A mounting part 25, a front edge part 21 side, and a rear edge part 22 side are smoothly connected together continuously, so that a high stress is hardly caused.
