Abstract:
To reduce the weight of a highly efficient rigid blower impeller with prolonged length, increased dimension, or provided with a thick part in a part or in the whole of a blade so as to provide the blower impeller realizing a stable balance as a rotary body and a cutback of a material and an air conditioner constructed by using it for an energy-saving purpose.
A fine cell structure 10 is formed on the inside when inert gas in a supercritical condition is injected into a molten thermoplastic resin for foaming the resin, and the blower impeller having a skin layer 11 on the surface is formed. In this way, the blower impeller having high physical strength and high efficiency can be provided.
