Abstract:
To surely suppress the bending of a member for supporting a far-infrared heater even when a heating furnace is operated for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A heating furnace 10 includes a heating unit 13-1 having blocks 16a-16f arranged to surround the periphery of a horizontal plane of a space for housing a hot press steel sheet 15-1, and far-infrared heaters 14-1 arranged above and below a space where the hot press steel sheet 15-1 is arranged in the space and heated. The heating furnace 10 further includes a plurality of first heater support beams 26. Each first heater support beam 26 includes a ceramic member 41. An end-support member 27 for supporting the end of each first heater support beam 26 is further arranged so that the first heater support beam 26 can accommodate thermal expansion and contraction in the longitudinal direction L by heat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
