Abstract:
To provide an object recognition method and an object recognition device capable of further improving accuracy of object recognition when observing surrounding objects from a plurality of observation positions.SOLUTION: Provided is an object recognition method for recognizing surrounding objects from each of a plurality of observation positions. The surrounding objects are objects which exist around each of the plurality of observation positions. The object recognition method comprises: a step of obtaining a first object relative position, which is a relative position of a first surrounding object with respect to a first observation position, and a first relative motion vector, which is a motion vector of the first surrounding object based on the first observation position; a step of obtaining a second object relative position, which is a relative position of a second surrounding object with respect to a second observation position, and a second relative motion vector, which is the motion vector of the second surrounding object based on the second observation position; and a step of executing an identical object determination process for determining whether the first surrounding object and the second surrounding object are identical based on the first object relative position, the first relative motion vector, the second object relative position, and the second relative motion vector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
