Title:
FAR INFRARED RADIATION RADIATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3683776
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a far infrared radiation radiator suitable for the fields utilizing radiation heating, excellent in radiation heating capacity, hardly shading the surface of an object to be heated and reduced in nonuniform heating.
SOLUTION: The surface of an aluminum alloy is composed of a primary roughened face having 5-100 μm Rz and 15-75° average inclination θa and a secondary roughened face formed by dispersing the rugged parts having an average roughness of ≤1/3 of that of the primary roughened face and ≥0.5 μm Rz on the whole first roughened face, and an anodic oxide film having ≥4 μm thickness and having a surface shape similar to the face shape of the aluminum is formed on the surface.
