Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a front wheel to escape from a ridge between rice fields without slipping even in the case the front wheel on the turning outer side runs up on the ridge during turning by controlling in such a way as to put a front wheel differential gear in a differential lock state interlockingly with the turning start action of a machine body and to put the front wheel differential gear in a differential operating state in the latter half of turning.
SOLUTION: Power for front wheels is transmitted to front wheel axles 32, 32 through a front wheel differential gear D so as to rotatory-drive lateral front wheels. In the functioning state of the front wheel differential gear D, power is distributed to equalize lateral front wheel driving force and to obtain such a differential state that the rotating speed ratio of the lateral front wheels is fluctuated according to load received from the ground surface. The front wheel differential gear D is provided with differential locking device E for regulating differential function. A differential lock state of fixing the rotating speed ratio of the lateral front wheels constant is obtained by switching on the differential locking device E. The differential locking device E is switched on/off by a front wheel differential locking solenoid 33.
