Abstract:

To provide fast-curing calcium phosphate cement for reinforcing and treating organic bones capable of forming a high-strength cured body.

The fast-curing calcium phosphate cement for reinforcing and treating organic bones is composed of a mixed composition having a compounded composition consisting, by mass %, 5 to 500 ppm osteogenesis factors, 0.03 to 0.5% magnesium phosphate, 3 to 10% dibasic calcium phosphate, 10 to 25% quaternary calcium phosphate and the balance α type calcium tertiary phosphate and inevitable impurities. The osteogenesis factors are made to exist in the composition in the form of being deposited and carried on the surfaces of the dibasic calcium phosphate.
