One or more of collision stopping parts 31 are arranged in the seat face of the bolt 10, the seat face of the nut 20, or the washer 30, one or more of the impact stopping parts 31 or protrusions 21 are arranged in the washer 30, the seat face of the bolt 10, or the seat face of the nut 20, the bolt 10 or the nut 20 is fastened, line-shaped markers 14, 32 continuing from the side face of the head 12 of the bolt 10 and the washer 30 and/or line-shaped markers 22, 32 continuing from the side face of the nut 20 to the washer 30 is arranged with the protrusion 21 impactedly stopped at one end of the impact stopping part 31.
