PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener lock device capable of converting the direction of rotation of a handle simply without using a tool and necessitating the reassembly of a whole device and being mounted accurately at a stable posture on a panel.
SOLUTION: A handle 4 is connected with a lock shaft 3 fitted and inserted into a bearing cylindrical part 2 of a fixed pedestal 1 by a pivotal shaft 5, and an eccentric projection 11 to be inserted into a fan-shaped recessed part 12 of a bottom face part of a front recessed part 8 of the fixed pedestal 1 is provided on a rotary angle regulation panel 10 stored in the front recessed part 8 thereof to attract the handle 4 into a front part of the rotary angle regulation panel 10 by a spring member 14. A rotation non-allowing part 17 engaging with a central through hole 13 of the rotary angle regulation panel 10 so as not to rotate and a rotation allowing shaft part 18 engaging with the central through hole 13 so as to rotate are provided in front and rear of the lock shaft 3. A guide cylindrical part 25b is continuously provided at a right angle for a rotation operation part 25a in a terminal part on a mounting nut 25.
