Abstract:

To provide a fastener capable of coping with variations in thickness at every fastening place, by restraining a creep of an FRF (fiber reinforced resin) material, while maintaining high bolt axial force.

This fastener 10 includes a metallic collar 20, a bolt 40 and a nut 30 for fastening an FRP member 2 and a metallic member 2. The collar 20 has a female screw 21 on an inner peripheral surface and a male screw 22 on an outer peripheral surface. An end surface of the collar 20 is allowed to abut in the metal touch on a metallic member 1, and the collar 20 is fastened to the metallic member 1 by threadedly engaging the bolt 40 with the female screw 21 of the collar 20. The nut 30 is threadedly engaged with the male screw 22 of the collar 20, and the FRP member 2 is sandwiched between an end surface of the nut and a plate surface of the metallic member. An adhesive 50 is interposed between the FRP member 2 and the nut 30. A projection part 31 for securing the thickness of the adhesive is arranged in the nut 30.
