To prevent rainwater or the like from intruding into an indoor side from an outdoor side of an exterior wall through a through-hole when the through-hole penetrating from the outdoor side to the indoor side of the exterior wall is provided and a hardware or the like is mounted on the indoor side of the exterior wall by a bolt inserted into the through-hole.
A fastener includes: a first seal member 50 arranged between a washer 40 and a head 32 of a bolt 30 and closing a clearance therebetween; a second seal member 60 arranged between a washer 40 and an outdoor side surface of an exterior wall 10 and closing a clearance therebetween; and an energizing member 70 fitted to an exterior of a shank 31 of the bolt 30, arranged between an indoor side surface of the exterior wall 10 and a nut 80, and energizing the bolt 30 such that the first seal member 50 comes in pressure contact with both the washer 40 and the head 32 of the bolt 30 and the second seal member 60 comes in pressure contact with both the washer 40 and the outdoor side surface of the exterior wall 10 even when fastening of the nut 80 to the bolt 30 loosens.
