PURPOSE: To provide a fastening band which can be efficiently operated with single operation fastening and suitably used in fastening work to ensure its fastening force by mounting a fastening member between standing pieces provided on a ring.

CONSTITUTION: A fastening band consist of a band, an auxiliary member 20 and a fastening member 30. The band is formed with standing pieces 10b, 10c opposed to each other at both ends of a ring member 10a which is constructed by circularly curving a plate material according to the outer periphery curved face of a tube. The auxiliary member 20 is fitted between the base positions of the standing pieces 10b, 10c in reference to the curved face of the band. The fastening member 30 is provided with two bent pieces for which plates are formed into a long U-shape, and the band is energized to open the standing pieces 10b, 10c to the outside, The fastening member 30 can be clickingly fitted between the standing pieces 10b, 10c so as to be passed through a slit 16. The fastening member 30 holds the opening amount between the standing pieces 10b, 10c in a condition before fastening.
